LabVIEW 2010 Sound and Vibration Analysis LabVIEW声音和振动工具包NISV2010/SVMS2010

LabVIEW 2010 Sound and Vibration Analysis VIs ReadmeVersion 10.0.0 June 2010 This file contains information about LabVIEW support for the NI Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2010 and the NI Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 2010. This file also provides you with help resources you can use while working with the software. Refer to the National Instruments Web site for a comparison between the Sound and Vibration Toolkit and the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite. This file contains the following information: New Features System Requirements Installation Instructions Redistributing Executable Sound and Vibration Applications Accessing the Help Finding Examples Known Issues Bug Fixes Documentation Corrections New Features: Sound and Vibration ToolkitThe Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2010 includes the following new features in LabVIEW: DAQmx AI Config XControlUse the DAQmx AI Config XControl on your application front panel to provide interactive configuration for DAQmx analog input channels. The control provides support for quick configuration and compact display of multiple analog input channels and the configuration for measurement type, sensor sensitivity, input range, coupling, IEPE, location, and orientation as well as timing and tachometer configuration. Embedded Monitoring VIsUse these advanced, performance-optimized VIs in embedded monitoring applications or other applications that require maximum throughput and minimum memory footprint. Machine Characteristic VIsUse the Machine Characteristics VIs to calculate the common frequencies of interest for critical machine elements such as bearings, pulleys, gears, AC and DC motors, and pumps and fans. UFF58 ASCII VIsUse the UFF58 ASCII VIs to write time waveforms, frequency spectra, and real and imaginary components of frequency response to UFF58 files in ASCII format. The saved functions in these ASCII files can be read by the VIs in the UFF58b subpalette, DIAdem with the UFF58 plugin, or by external software applications. Application Example for Impact TestUse this advanced example to interactively configure your hammer and accelerometer(s) channels, continuously acquire and trigger on impacts, accumulate results, perform averaged frequency response measurements, and archive frequency responses to a UFF 58 file. The example uses a button-driven graphical user interface (GUI) to navigate through the steps of completing an impact test. Use the application example as is, or customize it to fit specific application requirements. Open this example by navigating to the examples\Sound and vibration\Application Examples directory. Spectrum Extended Measurements VIsReplaced the Extended Measurements palette under the Order Analysis palette with the Spectrum Extended Measurements palette. Also added the Spectrum Extended Measurements palette to the Frequency Analysis and Embedded Monitoring palettes. Also added the following VIs to the Spectrum Extended Measurements palette: SVFA Convert Frequency (CPM to CPS), SVFA Convert Frequency (CPS to CPM), and SVFA Convert Spectrum (Frequency to Order). System RequirementsTo run the Sound and Vibration Toolkit or the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite, your computer must meet the following minimum system requirements: - Supported Operating Systems
- Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
- Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit)
- Windows XP (32-bit)
- Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit)
- Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)
- Minimum of 1 GB of RAM
- Pentium 4/M or equivalent processor
- LabVIEW 2010 Full Development System or Professional Development System installed and properly licensed
- NI-DAQmx 9.1 or later installed for NI-DAQmx support
Note: The Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2010 and the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 2010 do not support Windows NT/Me/2000/98/95 or the Windows Server non-R2 editions. Installation InstructionsYou must be logged in with administrator privileges to install the Sound and Vibration Toolkit or the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite.
