IN-SIGHT 4.10.05 PR1 FIRMWARE-ONLY RELEASE
In-Sight 4.10.5 PR1 is a firmware-only release for In-Sight systems running 4.x firmware. This includes: 7000Gen1 (70xx/72xx/74xx), Micro models (ISM1xxx) and 5000 models (excluding 5705).  In-Sight Explorer 5.6 is needed for this update.

This release adds software support for validating a new application identifier: AI714 in the GS1 standards specification.

Before installing this firmware only release – install In-Sight Explorer 5.6.

To install the firmware to the vision system:

1. Run Update.exe. This will copy the patched 4.10.5 PR1  firmware to your PC (C:\ProgramData\Cognex\Firmware\In-Sight\5.6.0\*.upd).
Launch In-Sight Explorer 5.6 and navigate to System menu > Update Firmware.
Find the vision system(s) in the list and verify that the “New Version” column displays “4.10.05 PR1 (114)”.
Upgrade the vision system(s) normally.
